"Bear Blacksmith"

This was a gift for his good friend Jim's daughter
  Rachel on her graduation from high school.
The coin has her birth date and the story written
on the scroll talks about the verse in the Bible
"refiners fire". It says that even though times may
get tough, these trials will eventually make us
stronger. Should any one like a unique piece
like this for some one you love - let Wayne know.
He loves trying new ideas and challenges.

  This art "The Old Parmenter Store" was
commissioned by Wayne's aunt in North East,
Pennsylvania. The art was done from a photo
dated 1913. The sign in the painting reads
"Groceries and Provisions". This was one of the
  first store and post office outposts in PA.
  Wayne's grandfather's brother, Ralph, is the boy
in the middle with the wooden push toy.
  Prints are available of the painting.

"Copperbean Coffee," a new coffee franchise in
Hickory, NC, opened it's doors in May.
Wayne Parmenter and owner Bob Dewhusrt worked
on the design for 9 months. With vaulted glass
atrium, field stone columns, & marble curved
counters, the Copperbean welcomes you in while
serving you the freshest gourmet coffee in the area.
Wayne's art of "Flower Tops" hangs in the seating
area. Wayne also designed the logo & package
designs.The next store is to open
in Charlotte in 2007.
